The controller determining the purposes and means of processing is Kasanický Consulting, s. r. o., registered office at Furdekova 7, 851 04 Bratislava – Petržalka, Slovakia, Company ID 56735847, entered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III City Court, section Sro, file no. 184832/B.

For all matters concerning personal data, contact us at info@kasanicky.sk. The company has not appointed a data protection officer under Article 37 GDPR — it does not carry out processing that would require one.

What data we process

Contact form: name and surname, e-mail address, optionally the name of your organisation, and the content of the message you send us.

Direct e-mail communication: the data you include in your message.

Server logs: IP address, browser type and time of access. These are generated automatically by the hosting provider and serve the operation and security of the site.

Purpose and legal basis

We process data from the form and from e-mail solely in order to handle your enquiry and for any follow-up communication. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the controller in replying to a message received, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, or steps taken prior to entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your message concerns possible cooperation.

We do not use the data for marketing, we do not profile it, and we carry out no automated decision-making.

Retention period

Messages from the contact form and e-mail communication are kept for no more than 24 months from the last communication. Where a contractual relationship arises from the communication, we retain the data for the periods set by specific legislation, in particular accounting and tax rules.

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data and do not provide it to third parties for their own purposes. We disclose it only to service providers who operate the website and deliver messages on our behalf, and only to the extent necessary for that purpose.

The website and delivery of form messages run on the Lovable platform using Cloudflare infrastructure; we also use an e-mail service provider. Part of the processing may take place outside the European Economic Area — in such cases the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies. We run no analytics or advertising tools, we do not track visitor behaviour, and we use no third-party scripts. Nothing requiring your consent is stored on your device — which is why you will find no cookie banner here.

Should this change in the future, we will list the specific tools here and, where necessary, add a mechanism for giving and withdrawing consent.

Your rights

As a data subject you have the right of access to your data, to its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and the right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

To exercise your rights, write to info@kasanicky.sk. We will respond within one month of receiving the request at the latest.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, Slovakia.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the scope of processing or the tools used change. The current version is always available on this page.
