Five areas of activity
The company is organised into five areas. Each has its own team of associates and its own circle of clients. Where the nature of the assignment requires it, they work together.
Security and defence
Solutions for the security and defence sector. Cooperation with Slovak manufacturers, preparation for and guidance through the authorisation process, representation on foreign markets.
Security Solutions Division
The division works for the security and defence segment: it analyses the regulatory environment of target countries, prepares documentation for authorisation proceedings and represents Slovak manufacturers in negotiations with foreign partners. Until the decision on authorisation under Act No. 392/2011 Coll. becomes final, the company does not carry out activities subject to that authorisation.

Advisory and support
Three divisions that complement one another in practice: orientation in the environment, operational support and language services. Where the nature of the assignment requires it, they work together.
Political Affairs Consulting
We help clients find their way in the environment where decisions are made. We follow legislative and regulatory developments, prepare position papers, comments and supporting documents, and handle communication with state and local government. We draw on first-hand experience from a ministry, parliament and a state-owned company — we know how the process looks from the other side of the table.

Support & Assistance
Operational support for organisations and individuals under heavy workload. We take over the preparation of documents and the organisational agenda so that the client can attend to what no one can do in their place.

The company holds a concession to operate a taxi service, granted by the Bratislava District Office, department of road transport and communications. The concession became final on 15 October 2025 and is valid for ten years. It covers one vehicle.
