Security Solutions
The Security Solutions Division serves the security and defence segment. It cooperates with Slovak manufacturers and prepares the representation of their production on foreign markets.
Regulatory status
Application under assessmentThe Security Solutions Division is preparing to operate in the defence industry segment. An application for authorisation under Act No. 392/2011 Coll. on trading in defence industry products is under assessment. Until the decision becomes final, the company does not carry out activities subject to that authorisation.
What the division does
Preparation for market entry
Analysis of the regulatory environment of the target country, identification of partners, preparation of documentation for authorisation proceedings.
Representation of manufacturers
Representation of Slovak manufacturers in negotiations with foreign partners and institutional buyers.
Compliance and documentation
Guiding the client through the administrative process, preparing documentation, communicating with the competent authorities.
Language and negotiation support
Conducting negotiations and preparing documentation in German, English, Bulgarian, Czech and Slovak.
The authorisation process
In Slovakia, trading in defence industry products is subject to authorisation under Act No. 392/2011 Coll. The authorisation is granted by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic after an assessment of the applicant's reliability and capability; the proceedings also involve opinions from other state authorities.
The company has filed its application and, until the decision becomes final, does not carry out activities subject to that authorisation. The status of the application is stated on this page and updated whenever it changes.
