The company is run by its managing director in person. Every assignment starts with a conversation with him and the same person leads it through to the handover, including the written documentation from each phase.

The department responsible for the company's communication. It receives media enquiries, coordinates statements and keeps records of media output.

- Strategic management
- Direction of the company, the structure of its areas of activity and decisions on entering new segments.
- Leading assignments
- Every assignment is led personally from the first conversation to the handover, with written documentation from each phase.
- Clients and partners
- Negotiations with clients, public administration and foreign partners; this communication is not delegated.
- Security area
- Preparation of the licensing process for the Security Solutions division and oversight of legal compliance.
