Responsibilities of each area
Security and defence
This area serves the security and defence segment: it analyses the regulatory environment of target countries, prepares documentation for licensing procedures and represents Slovak manufacturers in negotiations with foreign partners. Until the licence under Act No. 392/2011 Coll. becomes final, the company does not carry out activities subject to that licence.
Consulting and support
Orientation in the environment where decisions are made, operational support for the client and language services for negotiations and documentation. The three divisions complement each other and work together where an assignment requires it.
Finance and assets
This area is in preparation. The listed activities are not registered in the company's scope of business and are not carried out; some of them require a separate authorisation. The scope will be specified after registration.
Transport and logistics
Passenger transport under a taxi service concession, final since 15 October 2025 and valid for ten years. The authorisation covers one vehicle.
Representation and events
Staffing for events and client representation. The area works with a vetted circle of collaborators according to the nature of the event.
